I'm here to help you avoid making the same mistakes I did.

For years, I thought that the best way to get fit and feel good in my body was to eat less and work out more. I also used to think that as long as I ‘burned off’ what I ate, I was healthy. But I had migraines, eczema, and sugar cravings, so obviously, I wasn’t really healthy.

I’m here to help you understand that factors like poor nutrition, dieting, too little or too much exercise, lack of sleep, too much screen time, even negative mindset, put stress on your body, which means they can lead to issues like weight gain, fatigue, bloating, cravings, headaches, PMS, anxiety, and other serious health issues.

My ultimate goal?

For you to understand how these stressors truly affect your health, that you learn which habits need to be created, and that you de-stress your body so that feeling AWESOME becomes your new normal!
